How we grade
Condition guide
Every figure and set we sell is listed as New or Used, the standard terms LEGO collectors already know. Used items carry one of three more specific grades, so you know exactly what to expect before it arrives.
How we check every item
- Each item is checked against its catalogue entry, using the set or figure code shown on the listing.
- Used pieces are cleaned and inspected before they're listed.
- Anything specific to an item, such as a scuff on a leg or a missing sticker, is written in the condition notes on that product page.
Photos
Some listings use a reference photo of the figure or set rather than a photo of the exact item. The grade and the condition notes describe the item you'll receive. If you'd like a photo of the actual item before you buy, just ask.
Genuine LEGO only
We only sell genuine LEGO® parts. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorise or endorse this site.
THE FOUR GRADES
What each grade means.
These are the same terms collectors use on BrickLink and eBay, so you can compare like for like.
New
Straight from its original LEGO bag or box. Never built, never played with.
Best for: display shelves, gifts and sealed collections
Used - part-built
A set that is mostly still in its original bags. A stage or two may have been started and some stickers applied.
Best for: builders who want the full experience
Used - good
Previously displayed or played with. All parts are in good condition and checked before it ships.
Best for: collectors on a budget
Used - worn
An older piece with visible wear, such as sun fading or scuffs. Washed and checked before it ships.
Best for: play, MOCs and army builds
